In questo periodo di isolamento forzato, i fotografi di strada del gruppo Mignon hanno voluto proporre la loro personale interpretazione fotografica della pandemia da Covid-19. Le fotografie di alcuni dei grandi fotografi che hanno fatto la storia della fotografia del ‘900 vengono rilette alla luce dell’epidemia.
Piuttosto che di una appropriazione, come in molte altre operazioni artistiche, si tratta di un vero e proprio omaggio ai Maestri del passato.

In this period of forced isolation, the Mignon Group’s street photographers want topropose their personal photographic interpretation of the Covid-19 pandemic. The photos of some of the great photographers who contributed to the story of photography in the1900sare reread in the light of the epidemic. Rather than an appropriation as in many other artistic operations, this is a real tribute to the Masters of the past.
